She successfully led the global rollout of leadership development programs, impacting over 10,000 leaders, and facilitated major organizational transformations.
Jen holds an Executive Certificate in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from Georgetown University and is a Certified Diversity Coach. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Hamline University and completed graduate studies in Industrial Relations at the University of Minnesota.
