He is a critical liaison for Skyline's transformation projects, facilitating seamless communication and organization-wide alignment.

With over 20 years of executive experience at companies including Ryan Companies, Cummins, and OfficeMax, Robert brings extensive expertise spanning strategic planning, financial planning, M&A, project management, and engineering. His diverse background enables him to be an effective cross-functional problem-solver who translates vision into actionable plans and facilitates tactical alignment.

He holds an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois. His education and experience position him ideally to foster clarity and alignment, helping Skyline's strategy inspire meaningful action. He has served on multiple boards, both for-profit and non-profit.

Robert lives with his wife and son in Maple Grove, Minnesota. He balances his professional life with volunteering for Habitat for Humanity and mentoring entrepreneurs through WomenVenture and SCORE. A former basketball enthusiast and marathon runner, he now enjoys jogging and home improvement projects.
