What is the weight of the ExhibitNow booth?

Individual kit weights are stated on each kit on the ExhibitNow catalog under "Gallery and Rentals" top menu.

Is this exhibit product easy to set up and dismantle?

The kits represent a variety of setup time and effort – some can be setup with one or two people in under an hour with no special tools while others are easy setup by an installation and dismantle crew.

What materials is the booth constructed from? Are they durable and lightweight?

Exhibit products are made of steel, aluminum, plastic and 100% polyester fabric, ensuring they are lightweight and durable.

What is the cost of an ExhibitNow trade show kit?

Are there any additional fees or hidden costs?

You can expect shipping fees and taxes. Additional artwork fees may apply. Please visit the ExhibitNow catalog under "Gallery and Rental" for details on what is included in each kit.

How does the kit ship?

ExhibitNow ships via Fedex or LTL dependent on which kit is selected as noted on the ExhibitNow catalog under "Gallery and Rental".

Can I easily change the booth graphics?

Yes, the fabric graphics are easy to change out. Additional fabric graphics can be ordered separately.

What material are the graphics made of?

High-impact booth graphics are printed on a washable 100% polyester fabric. Skyline graphics are printed in-house on industry leading equipment.

How do I submit graphics? Is there a design template?

Booth graphic templates and art requirements will be provided including instructions to upload art files. 

What do I do if my exhibit product breaks?

Can exhibit products be shipped to my office?

Yes, we can ship to your office or home.

Can it be shipped to the venue?

Yes, we can ship to the venue. You may incur additional fees like material handling.

What is the turnaround time on the full booth?

Exhibit kits ship within five to seven business days from order placement and approval of artwork.

What is the warranty on the booth?

ExhibitNow displays follow our standard product warranty.
